Spending your contingency money is simple; when you earn money with the Suzuki Contingency program you will receive one of our Value-Added Contingency Cards. Money will be added to your card throughout the year as you compete and win races. Amateur and professional riders can spend their money anywhere Visa® is accepted, Pros can even withdrawal cash at the nearest ATM!
For 2008, our free technical and trackside support will be stronger than ever. Professionally staffed Motocross Support Trucks will be at all Amateur National Championship races and other select events providing technical advice and a supply of emergency parts free of charge.

2008 Motocross Contingency Rules
- The 2008 Suzuki Contingency program runs from November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008.
- Only 2007 and 2008 RM85, RM125, RM250, RM-Z250, and RM-Z450 models are eligible for motocross contingency.
- Only Dealer registered U.S. Suzuki models are eligible.
- All eligible models must retain the Suzuki Logo and have a Yellow Front Fender.
- If the motorcycle raced is not owned by the racer, a sponsor affidavit must be completed and submitted before the rider is eligible for payment.
- In order to be paid, participants must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number or taxpayer ID number.
- Participants must have a valid U.S. address.
- For motocross, rider will be paid for one class per registered motorcycle. If more than one class is raced, the rider will be paid for the highest earning amount.
- For motocross, if an event is sanctioned by more than one promoter, the rider will be paid for one event only.
- For motocross, if there is more than one division per class, only the division specified by the promoter will be paid.
- Contingency payments will not be made to classes that have fewer than the required minimum number of riders.
- For motocross, contingency payments will not be made to classes that have fewer than seven (7) riders.
- Riders falsifying claims will be automatically disqualified from the program.
The registration must be submitted to ASMC within 30 days after the first event in order to qualify for payment. Registrations submitted after the 30 day period will not be eligible for payment. It is the racer’s responsibility to resolve race result disputes with the race organization. ASMC will only make payments based on results provided by the race organization. No payments will be made for races included in the 2008 Suzuki contingency program after December 1, 2008. Any errors or missed payments must be reported to Suzuki in writing prior to December 1, 2008, or those payments will be forfeited.
